Property Economist & Ex Diplomat Gary Unsworth-Smith - BEcon, DipEd has spent a lifetime studying the Brisbane Property Market, the Economic Cycles and acquiring a large property portfolio mostly in the Western Suburbs.


He has been consulting and marketing Apartments, Townhouses and Retail Shopping Centres since the early 1980’s. It took 24 years to acquire 7 properties then in one year to acquire a further 5 (the miracle of interest only money and a wise Accountant father-in-law).


For the past 10 years Gary was the Director of Raine & Horne Project Marketing Brisbane specialising in New Projects with Developers / Financiers / Investors and Owner Occupiers.


Current New Projects include “The Bentley – Euro Apartments” at 139 Leichhardt St, Spring Hill, a 6 Townhouse project and a Golf Links Housing Development in Bowen, North Queensland.
